Installing the digital certificate

Important: In most cases, using Mozilla Firefox as a browser blocks the cryptographic device.

To use the digital certificate you will need to install the components presented below:

The eToken driver. It can be downloaded below:

Driver eToken Version 2023 – Windows 32 bit Driver eToken Version 2023 – Windows 64 bit

2. The trust chain. This is needed for the validation of your certificate

*Windows 8 or newer (run with administrator rights)

3. Trust Signer. Optionally, if you want to digitally sign documents for the public tender system (SEAP) or other entities, install the Trust Signer product. This free product can be used to sign any type of file, generating a .P7S file, or to natively sign PDF files.

Minimum system requirements:

Windows 10 or newer;
Microsoft Edge or Chrome. In most cases, using Mozilla Firefox as a browser blocks the cryptographic device;
Internet connection.
