Installing the digital certificate

Important:  In most cases, using Mozilla Firefox as a browser blocks the cryptographic device.

To use the digital certificate you will need to install the components presented below:

The eToken driver. It can be downloaded below:

Note: The driver was updated in October 2025.
If you’re using an older version, we recommend updating to the latest release.

Before installing the new version, make sure to completely uninstall the old driver.
Installing the new driver on top of the old one may cause errors or malfunctions.

2. The trust chain. This is needed for the validation of your certificate

3. Trust Signer. Optionally, if you want to digitally sign documents for the public tender system (SEAP) or other entities, install the Trust Signer product. This free product can be used to sign any type of file, generating a .P7S file, or to natively sign PDF files.

Minimum system requirements:
  • Windows 10 or newer;
  • Microsoft Edge or Chrome. In most cases, using Mozilla Firefox as a browser blocks the cryptographic device;
  • Internet connection.
